Where do you ship from?
All orders ship directly from our headquarters in Netherlands , where we create, formulate, and manufacture our entire line! We're proud to own each step of our products' journey - from sourcing to serum - all the way until their arrival at your door. Each product is made with the highest attention to quality and detail.
Standard Shipping orders are processed within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability. Orders typically take 7-14 business days to arrive once they have been processed and shipped out.

Cancellations
We pride ourselves on being able to have your order dispatched within 24 hours.

Any request received after that we will attempt to change, but cannot guarantee it as in most cases order packing and dispatch will have already taken place.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied in any way with an item you have received, please let us know by e-mailing us to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. within 10 calendar days of its receipt. Returns can only be made upon Customer Services’ authorization.
Our site is aimed at the customers who have already purchased and tried our products. If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return it for a full refund, but please note that the items must be unopened and unused, and you will have to bear postage costs.
We are happy to refund postage costs if the item is defective or sent by mistake.
In order to process your returns as quickly as possible, all returns must include:
• A copy of your delivery note or your order number
• Return authorization (we will send it to you by email)
• Reason for return
Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. We also suggest sending via registered or insured post so the parcel can be tracked and traced.
