Where do you ship from?
All orders ship directly from our headquarters in Netherlands , where we create, formulate, and manufacture our entire line! We're proud to own each step of our products' journey - from sourcing to serum - all the way until their arrival at your door. Each product is made with the highest attention to quality and detail.
Do you offer free shipping?
Sayuricosmetics.nl offers FREE Standard Shipping on all Netherlands merchandise orders 50€ and over (excluding taxes). Orders over 50€ always ship for free in other cases, the shipping cost is 6€. Free shipping is available to all Europe territories on orders over 100€ in other cases, the shipping cost is 15€. ( for Baltic States free shipping over 150€ in other cases, the shipping cost is 20€) FREE Standard Shipping orders are processed within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability. We cannot guarantee a date of arrival with our free ship option and orders typically take 7-14 business days to arrive once they have been processed and shipped out. International orders over 175€ qualify for free shipping in other cases, the shipping cost is 25€.

You can pay for your orders by using the PayNL system.
You can also request an invoice for payment.
We pride ourselves on being able to have your order dispatched within 24 hours.
Our site is aimed at the customers who have already purchased and tried our products. If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return it for a full refund, but please note that the items must be unopened and unused, and you will have to bear postage costs.
We are happy to refund postage costs if the item is defective or sent by mistake.
In order to process your returns as quickly as possible, all returns must include:
- • A copy of your delivery note or your order number
- • Return authorization (we will send it to you by email)
- • Reason for return
Please ensure that items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. We also suggest sending via registered or insured post so the parcel can be tracked and traced.
